Welcome to SoCal Makers Market!
By placing an order, you agree to the terms below. We’ve kept them short and straightforward — because no one likes fine print that feels like homework.
Custom Orders
Every product we make is custom printed or engraved for you. Once your mockup has been approved, production begins — at that point, changes or cancellations aren’t possible.
Payment
Payment is due at checkout. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and include applicable taxes where required. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
Production & Shipping
We work hard to get your order out quickly! Production times vary depending on the product and quantity, but most custom orders ship within 7–14 business days after mockup approval.
You’ll receive tracking info once your order ships. SoCal Makers Market isn’t responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses.
Returns & Replacements
Because every order is custom, returns and exchanges aren’t accepted after approval.
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or printing error, please reach out within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
Intellectual Property
By uploading artwork, logos, or designs, you confirm that you have the right to use them. We assume no liability for copyright or trademark issues arising from customer-supplied artwork.
Privacy
Your information is used solely to process your order and communicate with you — we never sell or share your personal data.
