Refund policy

Every item we create is made just for you; customized, printed, and produced with care. Because of that, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges once your mockup has been approved. Please take a moment to review your proof carefully before giving the green light.

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or printing error that doesn’t match your approved mockup, let us know within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to make it right, whether that means a replacement or a remake.

Simply email info@socalmakersmarket.com with your order number, a quick note about the issue, and a photo or two so we can take a look.
